WONIT Limited Competition Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and correctly answering the designated question to enter any competition (each, a “Competition”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).   • Participant/Entrant: An individual who purchases a Ticket and submits a correct answer to enter a Competition.
  • Prize(s): The reward(s) offered in connection with a Competition, which may be cash, goods, services, or other benefits.
  • Promoter: WONIT Limited, the organiser and sponsor of the Competition.

3. Eligibility

  • Age & Residency: Participation is open only to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age required by applicable law) and who are residents in a jurisdiction where the Competition is permitted.
  • Exclusions: Employees, agents, or representatives of WONIT Limited (or their immediate family members or persons living in the same household) are not eligible to participate.
  • Legal Capacity: By participating, you confirm that you have the necessary legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your entry complies with all applicable local laws.

4.1 Entry Process

  • Ticket Purchase:
    • To participate in a Competition, you must purchase a Ticket via the Website using the payment methods provided. The ticket price will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
    • All Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Submission of Answer:
    • After purchasing a Ticket, you will be prompted to answer the designated question for the Competition.
    • Only entries that provide the correct answer will be considered valid; incorrect answers will disqualify the related Ticket purchase from entering the Competition.
  • Multiple Entries:
    • Where allowed, you may purchase multiple Tickets.
  • Confirmation:
    • Upon successful Ticket purchase and submission of the correct answer, you will receive a confirmation message or email verifying your entry. You can also see your entires in your account.

5. Ticket Purchase

  • Record Keeping:
    • It is your responsibility to review your account transactions. In the event of discrepancies, please contact WONIT Limited promptly.

6. Competition Details and Prize Information

  • Specific Competition Information:
    • Each Competition will have its own page on the Website outlining specific rules, the question to be answered, the prize(s) on offer, and the entry period (the “Promotion Period”). Such details form an integral part of these Terms.
  • Prize Conditions:
    • A detailed description of each Prize, along with any conditions for accepting the Prize, will be provided on the relevant Competition page.
    • Prizes are non-transferable and, unless otherwise stated, no cash alternative will be offered.
    • WONIT Limited reserves the right to substitute any Prize with one of equivalent or greater value at its discretion.

    • Only Ticket purchases accompanied by a correct answer will be eligible for Prize selection. WONIT Limited reserves the right to verify the accuracy of submitted answers.

  • Winner Verification:
    • WONIT Limited reserves the right to request additional information to verify the identity and eligibility of any winner before awarding a Prize.
  • Notification:

8. Payment and Transactional Terms
